We begin most projects with a fixed-fee “Pre-Construction Design Agreement” which is based on anticipated hours required. This enables us to develop a broad range of initial solutions from which to select, ultimately generating a detailed, line-item construction bid.
The goal is to rapidly get you an optimal design approach with an associated cost providing a Go/No-Go decision point. Clients own this work and are free to move to our construction schedule or collect bids from other builders.
If accepted, a “Construction Agreement” is executed which includes all plans, permits, design decisions, a construction timeline, and quality construction.
